DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. They will nickle and dime you out of your deposit, even if you leave the house immaculate. My husband and I paid $725 of our $1350 deposit to have our house professionally and expertly cleaned by a great company. The woman who did the move out inspection repeatedly told me the house looked perfect and that she was having to "search" for things to document on the condition sheet (which I found inappropriate--if there's nothing to document there's nothing to document). In addition to a ridiculous "key changing fee" of $75 (which we did know about in advance) they ALSO charged us SEVENTY FIVE ADDITIONAL dollars for leaving a welcome mat at the front door that was THERE we moved in (if it hadn't been we would have taken it in our HHG obviously) and also because the cleaning company left a toilet brush in one of the bathrooms. SEVENTY FIVE dollars for leaving a welcome mat, hook and a toilet brush...in addition to the receipt we gave them for $725 proof of cleaning and in addition to the $75 "key" fee. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst experience I've had with a deposit during my time in the Army. Go with Walker if at all possible. Avoid this company unless you don't care about your deposit. Who knows what they would've charged us if we hadn't spent over half our deposit on a professional cleaning that not everyone can afford...

Don’t rent from them if you can help it. I had medical issues and needed to leave. I was told a month after notifying them of my intent to leave that the notice needed to be written on their paperwork in person. When I did fill it out they wouldn’t back date my time. I was also told I would be charged utilities until someone else moved in! Every time I emailed them I got a different answer. It got to the point we’re they would call instead of email so it couldn’t be documented. I also did a detailed move in inspection and marked all of the issues off. I was told they couldn’t be verified because the previous manager was no longer working their. So they tried to charge me for any and every issue before moving out. They did not want to refund me my deposit.

Feedback:

I never had a problem with them until it came time to move out. They will have you pay for the utilities even after you move out. They claim you have to continue paying them even when you no longer PAY! To live there. They always answer it’s in your lease it’s in you lease. I read my lease a million times and not once did it say we had to pay for the utilities after our lease was up which is when we were paid up until. Every time you call you get someone else and get told several different things. We didn’t get our security deposit back and have to pay them $500 for damages to the house that were there prior to moving it. For example a chain link to a ceiling fan, door stopper, toilet paper, window screen, curtain rod and a blind. Things that were broken or missing before we ever moved in we got charged for. So I guess a door stopper is $50 a chain link is $30 like are you kidding me? We even got charged for NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ON THE WALLS FOR HANGING UP PICTURES. If you decide to go with this company record every single conversation you have and take pictures of the home prior to moving in, do a walk through with them before moving in. Document the biggest to the smallest thing you see in the home. There is always someone new every time you drop off rent too. There is no communication with the workers when it comes to information. When the time comes to move out make sure you do a walk through with them before you move out. Because this company wants is your money, this town rips the military people off thinking we make $100,000 a year. I also recommend to get JAG involved to look at your lease when moving in and out. Also to give them pictures and the recordings so they can’t screw anyone over. Good luck!!

Feedback:

Horrible company! At the end of our lease the company ended up keeping $200 out of our deposit. They charged us to have the house cleaned (supposedy there was a dirty window silll), to remove trash, and for missing blinds. When we turned over that house it was immaculate and all trash was removed. And the missing blinds they charged us for never even existed!! What would we do with one random set of blinds?? They also tried to charge us for removal of a dog pin which had been there since before we moved in. We don't even own pets!! This is a terrible company that just wants to get money out of you. If you're looking to rent, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Feedback:

Are you a robber? Is Good As New your father?

Feedback:

I think the Good As New give you some money, right?I think other cleaning companies are cheaper than them and can do the really good cleaning! Why if we don't use Good As New,you guys charge the cleaning fee again from us?And you guys charge all of our deposit? Why?

Feedback:
