I called this morning to ask about internet services. Already have phone services. The gal I spoke with was very rude. She acted like I should know everything about how it gets installed. Actually made me feel like they didn't need my business. I will go elsewhere for provider.

I have had rrt for 9 years. They are awesome. Just went back to them for my tv service, after direct tv. Love the fact Kathy answers the phone consistently on the second ring. It took me 17 minutes to disconnect service with direct tv. I had to go through 5 minutes of hassle to get to a real person. Then after cancelling with them, they spent 5 minutes trying to convince me to stay. If you want good service, a real friendly person answering the phone when you need help, telephone/Internet / tv technicians that are awesome and efficient, this is the place to do business with.
