I've never had a bad experience here, simply why I come here instead of going to Durant. However, the other day I came in there with my mom to try and get my tags and on the old title they spelt my moms name wrong. Most important documents everything has to be right. Well my mom asked if that was gonna matter and the girl that was helping us asked the girl next to her and as soon as she asked her co worker the coworker then looked at another one next to her and gave her a look like my mom just asked a "stupid" question. Stupid question or not you work in a customer service industry I don't care how "stupid" of a question you may think it is, you wait until that customer leaves. I work in the hospitality industry so I know all about how she may have felt BUT you wait til that person is away!! I will continue to use this place because I haven't had any problems with anyone else but she may consider having better customer service or get a new job!
