I have, unfortunately had to have two claims with State Auto and I would like to commend them for the way they handled my claims. They deal with electronic claims which speeds up the process immensely. there is no waiting to an adjuster to come to you. They accept pictures and allow you to get prices to admit to them. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH STATE AUTO. Also Ryan has been extraordinary helpful with my retirement fund and patient to answer my questions.

As residents new to Texas, we were looking for insurance, and with so many options out there, it was nice to be able to call and speak to an actual person instead of going through 15 number selections on some automated network. When we needed home insurance quotes for a new home purchase, we called Redbud and had the quotes within hours so that we could move forward with our home purchase. We were able to use the RightTrack to earn discounts on both our vehicles, even driving in crazy San Antonio traffic everyday! I have recommended Ryan and his team to many, and will continue to do so...he offers a great price, great coverage, and you get to deal with a great team if you need to use your insurance!

They saved me $100 a month and gave me a LOT more coverage than my previous provider. They are extremely friendly and courteous. I was impressed by the time spent with me to truly understand my needs. Everything I own is now covered by Redbud. The office building is beautiful and clean inside and out. They are very patriotic and the owner is an Air Force veteran himself. Their signage is very unique and humorous. They aren’t afraid to laugh a little with you. They just make you feel at home! I recommend them to everyone!

Working with Redbud Insurance has been a positive experience. Ryan is very knowledgeable in the insurance industry. Ryan and I discussed my insurance needs and he developed a plan with better coverage that also closed some very vulnerable gaps. Even with the stronger plan and more complete coverage I had a significant decrease in my insurance premium! One of the best parts of working with Redbud is I get to talk to someone local that I know and that knows me! Great Team!
