I’m the office manager of a company that works with Robbie at REK. I see he received a bad review from someone claiming he was rude to her on the phone. This made me really upset because I know how one bad review can ruin someone's online reputation. We’ve worked with Robbie for a couple of years now and I want to tell you he’s a GREAT person to work with. He has always been there to help, PATIENTLY explaining things about SEO that we didn’t understand at first. He has always answered our calls or returned our calls in a timely manner. Robbie has never once been rude or short with us and has in fact always gone the extra mile to help our company be its best online. I’m not saying a person can’t have an off day, and I don’t know for a fact how the phone call went with the person who left the bad review, but don’t let that stop you from calling this company. They’re great to work with and we would highly recommend them!

Complete jerk - kept interrupting me and wouldn’t allow me to finish my sentence and explain the entire issue. Aggressive, and rude. I will NEVER deal with this company again.

I scheduled an appointment but due to an emergency they could not come out for longer than I wanted to wait. The owner offered me the name and number of a competitor that he trusted. Although I didn't use this company this time - I would certainly do so in the future and was impressed with the customer service they provided.
