My favorite leadership organization in Columbus. I am a NexGen class of 2015 participant. I love that Relā looks at leadership as it pertains to your whole self not just a title at work. They have an event for everyone from inspiring speakers, practical best practices and engaging with your community. They embody their mission in all of their programs Better Leaders. Better World.

An incredible organization supporting our community. My experience with Relā has been life altering in many ways. They helped shift my paradigm on leadership and provided a platform for me and others to be servant leaders making a difference with non-profits in our City and within our own businesses. I'd highly recommend any program they offer.

This is an incredible organization. From their longtime annual Leadership Prayer Breakfasts and (recently re-named) Story618 events to their smaller Rela(te) events and Kingdom Work Cohorts, they always deliver. Their Leadership Forums are fantastic and many young people have been influenced by NxGen and the Relá Collectives. If you are looking to get involved in a non profit that has been impacting lives through Christian leadership principles for almost 30 years, look no more. I personally (along with countless others) have been impacted by the work of God through Harvey Hook and The Gathering and will stand by Shannon and team as Relá Leadership forges ahead to meet the spiritual needs of a new generation.
