The owner of this agency, Kimmie Rogers, sat down with me and went through my insurance needs and helped me to understand them. She was very kind and patient to explain things and even met with me after hours. She was very professional and thorough.

They NEVER answer the phone! I've had my policy for a couple years and it's rare for them to answer the phone. I've never got a call back!! Got into a wreck a couple years back and they told me to "deal with it" my self and contact the company above them. At that time they took forever to call me back. The owner isn't very nice either she will laugh in your face and be rude. And they are EXTREAMLY HIGH compaird to other insurance company's. There is Many cheaper!!! They are not there for you and you can save $$$ going other places.
