Don't waste your time , its not a "marketing company " its just couple dudes who gonna tell ask you to go door to door begging people to buy products. No salary no nothing, you get paid only when u convince a poor man or a poor woman to buy your products. The interview: i have an engineering background, they called me for an interview so i said what the heck so what, i'll go. The place of the company is in farmington hills , so i thought its a good thing, when i got there the place looked so shady, barely anything in the office (dont fall for the ping pong table). The front desk girl was nice tho. The interviewer talks fast, so make sure you listen carefully, cuz he's trying to sell his company. Their website literally says nothing about them, they have a link for Facebook and twitter ( go ahead, press on them) yep , you thought right , they dont have anything. Overall, its a nice show, wished I stayed home , or went to the gym or something instead of wasting my time.Ps: everyone who gave this company 5 star review works there.

Posting as Justin Campbell Reliant Enterprises is a great company to work for. I have worked for a year and a half now and nothing but great reviews. When I first came into this business it was mainly for experience. I found something that no other company can provide. I started my own business in college and wanted to gain more experience in how to market products or services. I never had any experience with marketing or sales and this was something that I was really looking forward to learning about. Not only to you get the opportunity to coach, mentor, train, and teach others, you also get to learn life lessons that can transfer over to any career path you take. Whether or not you want to have marketing as your full time career, this position can allow you to gain the experience that you are looking for. They promote organically and it is 100% based on work ethic which is the coolest part about it. You have the opportunity to make a lot of money here. If you work hard you with reap the rewards. There are longer work hours but the whole goal is to work hard now, and the payoff is later when you are running your own Buisness. Is this company for everyone? No but neither is being a business owner. This is a management training program that will teach you how to run your own business. You are pushed to step outside your comfort zone and challenge yourself like never before. I couldn't ask for a better experience not only for my professional career but also in my personal life. If you are goal oriented, money motivated, and self motivated, this could be a great fit for you.

I have been working here as an intern for about 2 months and I can honestly say I have gained a lot from this place. The job is very competitive which I love! There is so much potential for money and growth here. The environment is great and the people are awesome and actually care about you. This place isn't for everybody. You have to work hard to make money. The harder you work, the more money you can make and there is no limit which is my favorite part. This is truly my favorite job so far and In all honesty, it's a fairly simple job which offers great pay.

I had applied for the position on Careerbuilder and received a response to my resume the next evening from their Human Resources Department. When I came in for the initial interview I was greeted by the director of the company. We did the initial interview and I was invited back for a second round interview which occurred 2 days later. For the second round I met with a manager from their firm. He was really well dressed and seemed like a nice guy. He carried himself very professionally throughout the interview. As we wrapped up he told me that the director was out of town and I would be receiving a call within the next few days when he got back. When he called me we talked over my concerns with the position (I have never worked in a business like this before, I come from a labor background). He told me that he too was new to the marketing field when he started and offered me a base salary with the opportunity to make more through bonuses. I took the position and start at the beginning of March!

The environment at Reliant Enterprises is unlike any position I have ever had. The management staff actually cares about personal growth for their team. The office is upbeat and full of energetic people. I have gained so much business insight working with Reliant!
Feedback:
Worst place I've ever worked at! It's honestly a total rip off!! They make you work long hours and you still don't make money!! They are unorganized and do illegal stuff! I'm glad I got out, if you actually want to make some money, don't apply here

Had an awesome summer internship with Reliant Enterprises. I worked a lot of hours and made a lot of money. This is a great experience for someone looking for an entry level position. Thank you for the opportunity!

Do you want to sell products door to door? I didn't think so. They lure you in with a wide variety of job titles they need to fill, but it's all the same job and it's a multi-level marketing scam. You don't want this.

Very difficult to find

Not a professional place at all
