I have had a really good experience renting from Re/Max Advantage Plus. They are really helpful with military members! They were wonderful when I deployed, and were really great at helping me get a new place as soon as I came back. Definitely a good place to work with.

Purchased 3 homes through Erika Gudenkauf over the past 8 years. Repeat return client due to her extreme customer service. She met with us over multiple weekends when we traveled here from Illinois to build our home (husband is military). Subsequently, we purchased (and sold) two more homes with her. On our second home she wrote up and submitted the offer on a Sunday for us! Then 2 years later she had buyers lined up before that property listed on the market. The third home we had custom needs due to my mother's disability but she found us exactly what we needed and it is hopefully our retirement home. She is a life saver!!!

My to be husband and I came in and was very pleased getting to know whom we may be renting from. Very polite and professional. I know we have bad credit but I have good rental history and my fiancé is military and gave him good info on what they could do for military members .Very pleased with housing provided and the promp manner in fixing issues. Plan to stay until we PCS elsewhere. Only complaint is some appliances like the fridge are really old and couldn't store food properly till it was fixed a few days later.

BEWARE Hi I went to this place and try to rent property from them. I told them I had bad credit. So they say we got houses with bad credit no problem. So I went all day and went to get all my paperwork. When I got there is said once again I got bad credit. They said np I'm sure you get in this place but we need 40 dollar credit search from you and your girlfriend. They say no worry we will get you approve. So I was still little worry but went ahead gave them 80 dollars. I did not make a mile before they called me telling me I was decline. This was supposed to take 24 hours. They are crooks BEWARE.

If you are military DO NOT RENT HERE! Unless you enjoy throwing you BAH down the drain. When I my final walk through only "minor touch up paint" said it would be needed. When my security deposit came back they had taken 350$ and would not provide a detailed receipt. We had the carpets proffessionally cleaned and the apartment was absolutley spotless. The woman who did our walk through said it was one of the best looking apartments she had seen at the end of a lease! All in all, DO NOT RENT from these people.

I have rented from numerous places, this one was by far the worst! During move out inspection very few deficiencies were noted. When it came time to return my deposit, there were several things not originally mentioned on the inspection. Very deceptive and do not follow their own written move out check list. They made up things that was not on the check list. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. They take advantage of Soldiers when we move away.
