Excellent communication and management! I live out of state so I need a property manager that I can rely on. Mr. Baldonado has found me great tenants and handles all of the repairs and maintenance with a cost-effective, reasonable approach. Whenever I have a question, he responds to my email the same day, if not within the hour. If I had the funds, I would love to buy more properties in the Los Lunas area simply because I know they would be well managed (and NM property taxes are reasonable). Incidentally, this is a mobile home so with a relatively low rent, Mr. Baldonado does not get a large fee. All the same, he's always treated me as a valued client.
