Overall Feedback:

Patrick Simonis is the worst Realtor EVER! Greedy, inconsiderate, shows houses that you specifically asked not to look at. He's only out for the commission so he can buy himself shore property. I would highly recommend anyone NOT use this guy at all. No people skills, he is very crude and crass. He also talks very poorly on women. He's one of those.
