My husband and I met Jim a few years ago and since have bought and sold a couple properties. Jim has always treated us like a close friend and gone above and beyond to help. I’ve known him to personally drive out of his way to help fix something on the home we were trying to buy. He has helped steer us in the right direction when we needed help finding people to fix things or handle loans. He has been a wealth of knowledge in this industry. There is no one else I trust more to handle to buying/selling of our homes !!

I usually only leave reviews when I've had a superlative experience and working with Jim & Shelly Logan at Impact Realty is no exception. My husband and I are first time home buyers who have been searching for a house (on our own) for over a year. When we started working with Jim & Shelly, everything became so easy. They were (and still are) willing to answer any questions we had and go to whatever lengths necessary to make sure we were satisfied. We toured several homes, but when we found "the one," we immediately submitted an offer. This process went on for MONTHS. But even as frustrating as the process was (because of outside factors out of our control), I still thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Jim & Shelly because we knew they had our backs. Jim is ranked as one of the top realtors in the county. He has years of experience in mold remediation, roofing, architecture, you name it and he knows all about it. Not recruiting this dynamic duo for your home buying process would be a mistake.

This firm and its agents (in particular Tim Walker) are people that can NOT be trusted. They brought a client to our home, presented us a full asking price offer (no loan contingencies, etc.), and had us prepare our home to convey to the new owner as well as secure new housing for ourselves. At 4:30 PM on a Sunday afternoon as we were finishing our move and preparing for closing THE FOLLOWING MORNING, we received word that the buyer was not prepared to close but would just need a few more days. That went on for nearly 3 months!!! Tim Walker scheduled two closings which we showed up for and didn't even bother to call and tell us that it wasn't happening. He literally wouldn't even answer his phone AT ALL. He told us lies and led us on with many false statements. I would never recommend this agent or this firm.Note: This was a $2 million property with an 8,000 square foot main house. The expenses we incurred in this totally unnecessary move way exceeded the $25K in earnest money that we ultimately received after getting extremely ugly. We never even received an apology from Mr. Walker for the hundreds of hours of inconvenience or the many thousands of dollars in unnecessary expense that we suffered due to his incompetence.
