Feedback:

Rented from them for over a year. Met him only once and was very unfriendly. Received the rental in poor condition. Stove and fridgerator were filthy and barely any light bulbs. When we moved out he never once came to do a final walk through with us even when I offered. Took $200 from our security deposit for “cleaning” even though I cleaned it, filled every light bulb, changed blinds and ac filter! I left it in better condition than I received it. When asked to explain the reasoning for the $200 cleaning fee taken from me he said “that’s what the cleaning lady charged me to clean it.” He didn’t even walk through the property! Caution when renting from them! Don’t even bother cleaning for your move out because he’ll still keep money from your deposit!

After being completely ignored by the 1st San Antonio property management company we went to for assistance in finding a rental home, Mrs. Shelli Vickers of Re/Max Lone Star stepped in and went completely out of her way, on several occasions, to ensure she found the exact home we were looking for. No matter the difficulties she endured, from us, property owners, or other management companies, she would not give in until we were completely satisfied. We moved into our new home 2 weeks ago; one that we would have never found without her assistance. If we are ever in the market again, buy or rent, she will be the only call I'll make.

Dealt only with Bill Havins at this location... for one year.Rude and unprofessional every single dealing!Apparently management does not supervise nor require excellence in customer dealings.And Re/Max is not auditing their locations.Have never had such unprofessional agent representation!!!
