Chad really did a lot to help us buy our home in Pisgah Forest. Our previous agent cost us a lot of time lost for a week and Chad stepped up and made it right. He used the MLS system and large display at his office over an 8 hour marathon to review 80 homes, research 30, visit 8 and get our only offer accepted quickly. He found us a great house that fit almost all our needs in 1 day. We had to leave for California 2 days later for a health emergency and Chad spent countless hours arranging inspections and negotiations in our stead freeing us up to care for our sick loved one. Water tests, radon tests, repair inspections, arranging contractors, negotiating price adjustments and driving me around even. His honesty, accuracy, integrity and compassion were truly amazing. He is a true professional and great young man who we trust and recommend whole heartedly. Thanks again Chad.

Kathy and Brent Besosa gave me 5-star treatment. I was an out of town buyer, connected w Kathy by a listing. From there it was a great match, as she kept in regular touch with me, funneled listings for me to review daily, listened to what my wish list was but helping me keep a reality check. I came down to the Asheville area twice to view homes and possible areas to live, that was when Brent joined us and Kathy and Brent’s teamwork was very evident. They were well prepared and organized for my limited time, they both had excellent input into properties and thoughtful insight into the many areas we considered for my home. Their knowledge and practicality were invaluable to me as a buyer, and their hospitable natures made me feel welcome and very comfortable.
