DO NOT USE ROGER & VICKI LANON. We used Roger & Vicki Lanon to sell our land in NM and were VERY UNHAPPY with their lack of customer service. They couldn't remember who we were until we told them they were selling our land. They rarely comunicated with us, even through we asked them to please, at least, give us a monthly update. This was like pulling teeth.Our land did sell, but not by Roger & Vicki...another Realtor/Agency was the buyers agent. On another note...when the offer came in, I reminded Vicki she needed to send the CCRs to the other Agent. She wasn't even aware of CCRs and asked me where to get them. As I Realtor, they should have known where to get them and not be asking me.AGAIN, I SAY....DO NOT USE ROGER & VICKI LANON. There are too many other, more professional, Realtors out there to use.William & Mary M
