I lived at the Oak Ridge Apartments for about 5 years with my toddler son. Having Tim Haas as a property manager was great. He was always very understanding and responsive to any questions/problems/concerns. Overall the neighborhood was quiet and a great alternative to living in Champaign. Would definitely rent from Tim again if God forbid I ever had to back to Illinois!
