In my brief time at Renaissance Consulting Group I have learned more about marketing myself and a product that I have ever learned in any other attempt. I've learned a valuable communication skills that can be applied to any other business and my confidence as a result has improved vastly. The entry level positions do require you make presentations face-to-face with customers, the goal with that though is because nobody can be expected to run a business where they don't understand how the basic Foundation works. The program is Management training, so the goal is to get into management as quickly as possible. Definitely one of the better jobs I've ever had in my experience. The office culture is very accepting and everybody genuinely cares about how well everybody else is doing.
