Absolutely terrible service and communication. Takes days for a response, and then they don't even know what's going on. National phone service is equally bad. They'll sell you insurance, just don't expect help when you need it

Were friendly and very professional. They started for me a fire policy. Was thorough with explaining all information to me. The agent is very involved in her community which was nice to hear about. Really felt she cared about my needs instead of trying to sell me something.
