DO NOT MOVE HERE ANYTIME SOON! I would not recommend this place to someone who has pets or people who like privacy. The complex frequently requires entrance into “all units” and requires tenants to lock their pets up from 9a-6p. They also allow contractors to access apartments without informing tenants and without a staff member to accompany them. If they do provide notice of entry, it’s <24 hours beforehand. This creates a very uncomfortable living situation. It doesn’t feel like a home.Update! It has gotten even worse. I have come out of my room to find men who have climbed ladders onto my patio without notice. It is so unnerving to not know when someone will randomly show up demanding to be let in or have random men on your patio. There is constant noise as there is constant construction going on around the property. They have people working past 6pm. I honestly regret moving in here. I should have gone with one of the other, nicer apartment complexes in the area.

I LOVE the reserve at ballenger creek!! I am so sad that it’s too far away from my husbands job so we are moving. Our next apartment has big shoes to fill! The apartments are very clean, they look exactly like the photos, maintenance is prompt, professional, friendly and takes care of things before they are an issue. I cannot speak high enough about the leasing team, especially Ines, who handled everything for us while we were moving from out of state. She’s so nice, she went above and beyond and again was on top of things before they were an issue! They have lots of events in the club house if you’re into that, they are right off the freeway and just an amazing place to live. I honestly wish I could pick these apartments up and move them 30 minutes south!

The Reserve at Ballenger Creek was the best place I've ever lived and far exceeded my expectations. It's peaceful and neighbors are friendly and respectful. Maintenance is fast to fix any issues and keep the complex clean and tidy. Management, especially Ines & Louise, have been so sweet and helpful, making sure that we were content during the time we were renting. They will gladly answer any questions you may have and make sure you feel right at home. I love living here and will miss it, and I wish I could bring The Reserve with me when I move out of state.

DONT MOVE HERE maintenance is rude and wont come out on weekends if they dont want to. Ac didnt work on a holiday weekend and was told I can call back on Tuesday ( called on a Friday night) also was told I should of called earlier how was i supposed to know ac was out when i wasn't home. Staff her doesn't seem to care.

Tiny apartments. Bi-polar office staff. Expect ridiculous charges at move out. They will charge for replacing entire carpeting because of one room and they are putting in wood floors anyway. This shouldnt be legal. Apparently pet rules only apply to certsin ppl. Dog acroos hall barking non stop for 12 hours , office didnt care..neighbor had 2 german shepherds visiting on weekends. Cigarette butts all over. Pot smoking smells. It'll be all ghetto in another year. Maintenance is the only one that is good.

I have loved living here for the past year. Very quick in their turnaround to get the place, and they take advantage of apps to manage auto pay for rent and maintenance requests. Requests are handled quickly. Everyone that works there has been nothing but friendly and helpful. If I wasn't moving from the area I would have likely stayed for a few more years.

After 3 weeks moving in to the apartment I felt an immediate shift in my health. After months and months trying to find the answer (and thousands of dollars in hospital/doctors bills) I finally figure out that I had mold illness from living in the apartment. Filters are cheap, spots of damp dry wall, water etc. I really don't want anyone experiencing what I went through when I lived here.

I lived here for 2 years and always had a great experience with the staff - Louise, Inez, Ricky, and especially Cory (before he left). Maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. The neighbors were mostly fine but tend to not pick up dog poo when they walk their dogs. The walls were also thin, but that's to be expected in apartment complexes.
