At 3:00 in the morning we were finally able to go to sleep in a room 11 km outside of Paris (we have 2 children!). In the immediate vicinity, not a single room was free.The cost of the taxi rides and the extra night outside have not been refunded until today !!!! Niemand kam, um uns zu helfen! (das war um 23 Uhr!) Telefonische Anweisungen: den Keycar- Apparat vor der 1. Eingangstür noch einmal zu verwenden, schlug auch fehl! Um 3:00 Uhr morgens konnten wir in einem 11 km außerhalb von Paris liegenden Zimmer endlich schlafen gehen (wir haben 2 Kinder!). In näherer Umgebung war kein einziges Zimmer mehr frei.Die Kosten für die Taxifahrten und die zusätzliche Nacht außerhalb wurden bis heute noch nicht zurückerstattet!!!! (über 200 Euro)Am nächsten Morgen entschuldigte sich der Rezeptionist zwar, wollte aber nichts mit der Sache zu tun haben und drückte uns ein Visitenkärtchen vom Management in die Hand.
