I wish I could give them a -10 rate! We arrived at Saturday afternoon and couldn’t get to the garage cause the reception was off and no one was answering the emergency number. EVEN WORSE, the toilet flush did’t work at all neither did the hot water! After 3hrs waiting they finally called back and the only word they gave was “ We cannot solve this. You have to live with it”. I’ve been in Paris for 4 times and this is definitely the WORST experience ever!!!
