I attended their training in Nashville while at a Tony Robbins event and was inspired to pursue further training with Response. Our sales agent, has been the best part of this experience. He is responsive and has given me advice on several deals. However, that is where my positive experience stops. During our training I’ll Nashville, we were told that the training would include a “A day with Doug.” Where we would have access to Doug and would spend an entire day with him going over his deals and actually possibly visiting a few of his properties. This did not happen. During the Nashville training, we were told that we were going to have more “advanced” hands on training on the software that was available and that we would be partnered with an experienced investor who would help us “find a deal” while in the class. This was the most frustrating part of the entire trip. We spend 1 hour, of four days even discussing the software. There was ZERO hands on training. We were constantly hit with sales pitch after sales pitch. If you bought into each thing offered it would have totaled over $13,500. We received ZERO educational value from this “Elite Package Training.” DO NOT BUY ANY ADDITIONAL TRAINING FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid $15,000 for this training and all I received was a two hundred dollar a night hotel and the opportunity to pay an additional $13,500 for “more training.”
