Overall Feedback:
Overall experience with Rhino has been horrible. First thing you should know is that Rhino is a HubSpot certified partner so this is what they specialize at. When I initial talked with Casey I expressed to him we were looking for a new partner because our previous once lacked transparency and the ability to track where our leads online were coming from. We told them we weren’t looking to change CRM and that we wanted to use our existing website platform and just update our website for SEO. Casey said Rhino could do this and in the initial presentation they seemed to have an understanding what we were looking for and we liked the plan they proposed so we went with them. This should have been a red flag from the beginning but it took over 6 weeks to get our paid advertising going which we were paying them on a monthly basis to manage. Once I got on them about the PPC campaign they just copied a campaign from another client of theirs, changed some verbiage and ads to make it fit our needs all in 1 day. Once we did get our paid click running they exceeds our budget the first month and then ran ads that weren’t supposed to be running on multiple occasions even though they were “managing” the campaigns daily, this was apparently Googles fault . The tracking on our website wasn’t working correctly and there was a couple of other updates that needed to be made to the website from launch but kept being pushed off or dodged by Rhino after about 4 months they said we would need to pay additional to have this work done when it was never working to begin with. This and other things were then blamed on us because we didn’t use the Hubspot platform even though we told them from the beginning we wouldn’t be. We’re out of state from Rhino so we would have phone check ins once a month and half the time Casey would elaborate on doing something new or talk about something we discussed the previous month versus talking about last months results and then would say got to run I have another call coming up.There were many other issues we had but these were just a couple of the major ones. I would not recommend Rhino Digital to anyone unless you liked being jerked around.Update:Account was current with Rhino when we cancelled. We decided not to continue because all aspects of agreement were not being performed not financial as the owner is implying.
