Client Review on Richard Feeney - State Farm Insurance Agent

So I just had the worst experience with State Farm due to this agent’s horrible policy. He is not open on Saturday and has not provided access to State Farm’s central system. He has chosen not to participate in “after hours services” . This means today at a car dealership with my mother, she was not able to transfer her coverage to her new car. On top of that, the central customer service people had an incredibly rude attitude. When I stated hat this was a bad policy, and that this was not good customer service, Mackenzie had the nerve to raise her voice and yell back with incredulity “how is this bad customer service!” Rude all around ; they are loosing money; I will make SURE to spread how rudely we were just treated and how horrible the customer service policies are at both this agency and the central services.
