Too loud at this library so don't even waste your time going there to study.

Terribly equipped and loud library. People answering cell phones in the library, people "sharing" their music, people having loud conversations between themselves, this library has it all! They don't even have a single desk with a power plug for a laptop, then they complain at you for taking up a computer desk. Come here to pick up a book, interlibrary loan stuff, whatever, but don't come here expecting any kind of productivity whether you need a place to concentrate or use your laptop. Go to the Mayfield library, there are about 20-30 spots I can sit in peace and quiet and have a plug for my laptop.

The library is new and okay, but it is really small. The city of Richmond Heights deserves a better library.
