I first came across Rich's Stiches while scrambling to get a hat made for my first day at a new job. Unfortunately due to an issue with UPS I was now working with an incredily short time frame and not to mention it was a holiday week. After visiting several other local embrodery shops, and understandably being told they couldn't help me, I was directed to Rich's. Not only did they take pity on my situation and helped me out, they did an amazing job! The quality was excellent and my item was exactly the way I needed it. I cannot thank them enough for helping me out and playing a significant role in making my first day go smoothly! I will be recommending them to any of my friends and family who need custom embrodery and will be using them for all my future embroidery needs. Thanks again guys!

We are so grateful that we found Rich's Stitches! We are a small start-up company and had been dealing with another company for our tee shirts, but their service and products were very disappointing. We were searching the internet and came across Rich's Stitches, so we went in for a visit. This is a local Richmond business with plenty of years of experience. Chris Rich, one of the owners, took personalized care of us. She helped us with design choices and understanding how best to create our logo on our company shirts. She even personally interfaced with our marketing group to get the needed files to make our shirts look the best possible. Chris is patient, friendly, and, above all, knowledgeable. Through her patient guidance, we were able to make the best decisions for our shirts. Chris does not try to oversell you, either. In fact, she advised us to start with a smaller order and make sure things were to our liking before we moved forward with a larger order. Every time we walked in Rich's Stitches, the experience was so comfortable and pleasant, we did not want to leave. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I advise anyone who is looking to create custom clothing or products to go straight to Rich's Stitches and experience their personalized, knowledgeable customer care.

We recently placed an order for 850 printed tote bags to be distributed at a national convention. At every stage of the process Chris Rich offered invaluable assistance. She helped us to choose the best style of tote bag for our needs and advised us on how to modify the logo so that it would show to its best advantage. She was incredibly patient and responsive to questions we sent via email. When we picked up our completed order, the finished product exceeded our expectations. This was the most painless and pleasant part of our convention planning process!

This group is superb! Their ability to recreate my logos so exactly is simply amazing, and they obviously take great care in picking garments that wear well through time— I have hats and shirts from 4-5 years ago that are still holding up. The stitching looks like it was placed yesterday. Wonderful people and great customer service. Heike especially stands out as she is who I dealt with mostly.

Rich's Stitches made "it" happen for a special Christmas gift this year. We wanted to put a "logo" design on some baja blankets to give to a friend to use around the fire pit at their beach home. The stitching and placement were wonderful and of course they worked extra hard to make it all happen in time for santa to arrive. I would recommend these gals to EVERYONE. They are vested in getting it right for YOU and delivering a product that is both affordable and special.

Lovely experience at Rich’s Stitches! I had a vest embroidered with my mother’s initials for Christmas and dropped the vest off very last minute. Christine & Cecelia were able to embroider the vest in 2 days so that I could have the gift ready for Christmas with my family! Quick turnaround, friendly & kind service, and a wonderful job with the embroidery. Definitely visit Rich’s Stitches for your embroidery needs!

I am a corporate event producer and I had a vision to have a logo embroidered on a complicated hat that worked so well for my theme and everywhere I called around town weren't even willing to try. Until Rich's Stitches! They agreed to look at them and ultimately agreed to do the job, even though it was complex. They did a great job with the hats and I would definitely be willing to use them again and can recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

Working with the Richmond Business Alliance for an order of embroidered shirts, the RBA had a very detailed logo, with many overlays of color and Rich's Stitches did a GREAT job in accomplishing this effect on our order of shirts and ball caps. Chris and Cecilia were wonderful to work with in accommodating RBA's request for different shirt types and colors. From providing us with a embroidery sample and suggested color options to delivering the shirts and ball caps within our time requirement for an upcoming event, Rich's Stitches is where you should look for promotional products for your business or organization.
