Loved it, amazing food at an amazing place. It was so nice that Gaetano came out of the kitchen to greet us. My only tip is to arrive hungry as you won't want to skip any of the courses.

Restaurant vieux style, pas forcément au bon sens du terme. Ils se sont visiblement convertis à la cuisson lente sous vide – pour le coup, tous les plats se ressemblent un peu.
