This was A B2B transaction. The type that assumes a given level of professionalism and respect.We hired Ritelite Signs to receive and install our letters and faces for an existing client of ours. This was the first of 4 stores our client was opening in the Charlotte area. While still under an open contract for the first location, we requested RiteLite to bid to install the second location. Incredibly, they had approached the client directly and without any communication to us. This was while they were CURRENTLY performing the install for us at the first location. Even more audacious, they still submitted a quote to us AND never told us they had already quoted it directly. Wait, there's more. Two days later, they called back and raised their price stating they made a mistake and quoted it at cost! Our client respctfully apologised and said we were outbid and that the lowest bid was, yep, Ritelite. The dishonesty and shadiness was difficult to comprehend. Unless you need a competitor with an inside track to bid against, we strongly recommend you stay away from RiteLite signs.
