The prices were too high. I dropped their cable because they raised the price to $150. I called back to restore it, because I wanted to continue watching my Braves games, but if I did restore my cable, I would have to pay $170+, because I would no longer have discounts. Imagine that. Paying $150 after being "discounted". Anyway, I switched to DirecTV Now, and I can stream all the same shows for $35 a month. It'll go up to $60 or so a month in a few months, but that still beats Ritter's price.

Paula is great to take care of any business needs. Few issues with fiber line strikes at the road (not the fault of Ritter) but service was restored promptly. Always very professional. Full service phone and internet and local service is hard to beat.

I myself have nothing but good things to say about Ritter. I moved to Lake City and got 30 mps service. I check it every once and a while and it has always been that speed. The cable is as best as you can get out in the sticks but was a little to high for me after a while so I cut back on that cause tv rots your brain, right. Moving out to the country and I will miss Ritter internet most of all. They are a good company people. Try some dsl and you will know how true this is.

Absolutely horrid internet. At first, it worked well. we got the correct speed and it never crashed. However, it quickly started to reveal its true self. The internet crashed constantly and rarely gave us the correct speed. Sometimes, the internet crashes almost every hour. They even tried to change our already bad modem for a "new, better" one. It wasn't better (it crashed every 5 seconds - NOT AN EXAGGERATION). when we call them to fix it, only one of two things happens; either they do nothing, or they make it worse. ANY other internet provider would be better. If you dont have one...make one. Make your own internet provider. Its not like you could be any worse than Ritter.
