Horrible customer service. I bought a business, which had a website that they manage. They have been unresponsive, unwilling to make the simplest of changes. For example, I asked them to simply add a note to the home page indicating that we were remodeling. No quote ever given. I asked them to forward to our new web page. No quote ever given. We're talking about simple requests here (things that a company trying to earn business would offer to do gratis, but they wouldn't even take the time to give me a cost). Very poor.
