These guys are great, always helpful and knowledgeable. I'm sure coming in with my own shirts, only ten or twelve at a time, and mixed sizes and materials is not their ideal transaction. They've never batted an eye, service is always top-notch, and my order is always finished on time. The embroidery itself is always good quality....I've never had any fraying or loose threads. The South Austin office is small, and there's not a front desk, so sometimes you have to wait for an employee too finish what they're doing. But the service is friendly and competent.

I have been working with River City for the past four years. Whether it be an order of 500 sorority T-shirt’s, or 30 senior T-shirt’s, I know river city will make sure the job is the best quality, and delivered on time. I love RiverCity! These guys are the best. In an industry where you have many options, I will always choose these guys because of the quality product the produce and the friendly service and great prices. I really like how they help you pick out what you need. I can't tell you how many times I've approached them with just an idea of what I want and they spend time with me helping me craft the perfect choice that looks great and fits my budget. We usually work with Luke who is always incredibly helpful and nice. He always get us a good price and makes sure we are satisfied.They definitely get my highest recommendation and even though I moved to Dallas we still use them all the time and will continue to use them in the future.If you need t-shirts, promotional products, embroidery, etc, these are the guys to go see.

I have been using RIVERCITY SPORTSWEAR ever since we ordered our first 500 shirts about a year ago. I have to say, IAN truly cares for his customers. He has helped me out so many times, making sure I found the best products that fits our needs at Mitchell Motorsports. He is always more than willing to listen to my situation and work with me as much as possible. The employees at RIVERCITY SPORTSWEAR go out of their way for their customers and work very hard to maintain fantastic customer service. If you are looking for T-SHIRT printing of any kind, I HIGHLY reccomend going to them and talking to IAN, he really knows what he's doing
