The rating is just against my case worker, not the whole office. My case worker never returns phone calls, I had to go to a supervisor to get answers. Now I'm having problems again so I'm just going to a supervisor and ask for a new worker. One that knows how to do her job.

Normally I give this place a 1 star rating BUT my CALWORKS worker (Bobbi Bennet) has been awesome! I would give her 6 stars if I could. Recently I have hardship after hardship (with money,my employment, and family issues) but she has been understanding and consulting....
