Client Review on RMG Apparel Corporation

Feedback:

Unfortunately after several years of working with Ross and referring others I have to change my review. I had 3 total accounts with RMG, one elementary school PTA and 2 sports organizations made up of 5 teams total. I submitted a request for art on October 4th to Bri. Due to a change, I did have to submit a change request on November 14th. As of November 30th I had no response. I called Ross and he was apologetic and kind but that quickly changed. I needed to get the art so the orders could be placed as we need them in a February. Ross emailed me on December 12, still no art, and said he doesn’t have time for me or my business. Sad to see local businesses treat local customers so poorly but glad to know it now.
