I needed a hydraulic hose 1972 John Deere tractor. Dead in the water after even the JD dealership was at a loss. Part not made by Deere for years. Staff at Ro-brand disappeared into the back, emerging with a collection of parts to replicate the original. Nearly magical. Problem solved.Great attitude and customer service. Highly recommended, especially if all other avenues have proved fruitless.Glad places like Ro-brand still exist in the age when everything seems to be disposable.

I just spoke to someone working at Ro-Brand and they were VERY knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason why I did not give them the fifth star is because the gentlemen was impatient since the start... I admit I am illiterate when it comes to tool parts. I want to think I would have been patient with him had he asked me about a complex linguistic theory :-)
