Such a great agency. Not only is the customer service amazing but so is the coverage! I am a mom of two young kiddos and my mind is always going. One day, rushing from work to pick up my kiddos , I accidentally drove away from my gas pump without actually removing it from my tank (hand on forehead). Two months went by and I thought I was clear. Mercury called me and said that the gas station had filed a claim. Since the damage was under $1000 and there was no damage to my car there was no deductible AND I wouldn’t have anything on my record! So relieved. Such a great choice it was to be covered by Roberti’s Insurance Agency!!! Thank you for all you do!
