I have lived at this complex for almost 6 years. I love the privacy and safety provided here. As well as all the amenities offered within the complex. It’s close to all major highways and top notch restaurants.

While my overall experience living in this community has been positive, I cannot say the same regarding recent experiences with the maintenance staff. The heat has not worked since I turned it on this fall. Since last night was forecasted to go down into the 40s I put in a maintenance request. While the work was marked as completed, the same exact problems exist and I am now on my third work order request for the same issue. This is quite frustrating. When I call the leasing office the questions seem very scripted such as "what temperature do you have it set to right now?" I am often not home when maintenance supposedly arrives, so I have a hard time meeting with them in person so they don't leave and mark the problem as fixed when in fact it is not. No notes are left explaining what work was done, if any. Other than that I have been living there for three years now and I really haven't had many other issues to speak of.

Air conditioner units are 20 years old and maintenance refuses to fix them. It's 100 degrees outside, 85 in the apartment with only 1 out of 2 units sporadically working. Maintenence says work with the 1 unit for now. Same Thing happened last year. These apartments are old, outdated, over priced. Look elsewhere, you'll find better.
