Noisiest library I have ever been to! The STAFF was the loudest talking about personal matters. I thought the library was a quiet place to sit and read.

Horrible service. Pizza was delivered cold and minus my toppings. I strongly feel as tho that pizza was made and then was canceled and they tried to ship it off to me. The lady was rude and didn't want to right what she wronged. Instead she said I would have to pay for a better pizza even tho I paid a lot for a cold pizza.... UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! So I called corporate and they resolved the issue and the GM will look further into the situation. This franchise in Robertsdale, Alabama needs to do a 'clean house ' and get rid of those rude employees or just shut this place down.

Best library in baldwin county and the nicest people to deal with. We live in Orange beach and drive to robersdale to check out our items , and never set foot in the orange beach library if we can help it. I might add that we have been in O B for 32 years.
