Overall Feedback:

I received bills unexpectedly and unrelated to my premium. I had asked them what it was about and they provided no explanation on billing or any guidance on what the bills may be for. After a two week long discussion through numerous phone calls on miscellaneous bills with no resolution, I figured it'd be best to pay the unexplained balance and ditch the policy in the next period. I highly recommend avoiding this institution. I'm very happy I switched to another agency because they are able to inform me of my billing activity without hesitation.
