OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! I recently purchased a new vehicle and it was very late in the day when I finished the deal. ( around 8 P.M. ) I needed to update my auto insurance since I traded in my previous vehicle. I called and left a message for Mr. Rocci so that he could call me back first thing in the morning. He didn't wait until the morning, but instead called me at 8:10 in the evening. He updated and upgraded my policy, and did and EXCELLENT job explaining the details of my new coverage. I have always been impressed with his service, but he went above and beyond to ensure I was covered right away. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with the Rocci Insurance Agency.

What a great experience!! Parking was easy. I was greeted as I entered. The building was clean and easy to navigate. I met with Miss Hetrick today for vehicle insurance. The entire process was easy and quick. Miss Hetrick was very polite and professional during our interaction. She went above and beyond to get me the best price. I reccomend this insurance company.
