Restrooms are kept locked. The key must be requested. Fastest download speed (internet) is ~580 KB/s. Bring a sweater. Other than that, their library is decent.Of the many miles I've run, walked, & biked, I have not seen any public restrooms, port-a-potties, or drinking fountains in Rock Falls. Their Walmart is not a supercenter.
