I have never had a problem or long waits to see a doctor. I have been hospitalized several times and have never been neglected while in their care. I feel for front line workers as they not only are dealing with physically sick patients but a number of dementia residents as well. Watching the care each and every worker gave to patients impressed me, not once did I see anyone neglect or treat anyone with less than .the utmost respect. They could not leave patients vulnerable without someone being with them to chase after wandering dementia patients bothering other patients. I know first hand and saw the difficulties they had dealing with them. Perhaps those that gave poor reviews have never been to a city hospital, I have to many and will take Rocky any day.

Not much sense goin there unless your dead, they just seem to want to have you sit there for hrs an hrs, not a single other person come in but u still see no doc, I did see them chatting up the nurses at the station the whole time I guess Alberta health must like paying for nothin cause I bet they are footing the bill for us all to sit in the lobby, good scam for them I guess but if you need help go elsewhere, especially if it’s an emergency , I would hate to see the wait time for that. Who is in charge of these people and why are they not doing their jobs

Horrible hospital. Long wait times when people are in serious pain and don't care just because they're not screaming out in agony. Then nurse Melanie proceeded to get into a verbal agruement with me over if I should really be there over chronic pain from a broken vertabre or not.

If I could give zero stars I would. They had me waiting 3 hours still no doctor . Do not recommend unless your guts are hanging out and your gonna die .

Theres no Doctor on call at night they told me the Doctor wont come to the Hospital for my Niece shes 6 so now im heading to red deer. Go to Sundre or Red deer ROCKY SUCKS. lazy

Doctor and nurses were very good with my daughter. The doctor that was on call last night took the time to explain everything in details to us as to what was going on with her. thank you so much !

Its the most raciest hospital. If your native or of color your screwed. All doctors dont give a. . Ive been going there 18yrs n not once have they done anything. And i go to a diff doctor in the city or anywere else they find i do have a problem.

I went to Rocky Mountain House Health Centre emergency service to get treatment for flue. They made me wait for 4 hours even though there were only few patients. They did not care or show any kind of care for my pain. The doctor show up after 4 hours of waiting, without examination or test he prescribed me medications for asthma and gingivitis...It was very disappointing experience.
