Very friendly and very helpful. They are very quick with claims. I have been with this agent for 18 years. I have moved w the Mendota area, but refuse to switch to an agent in my town because I really like Ron Henson. When I first moved to this area 18 years ago I met Ron at a bicycle safety event at my children’s school. He was very friendly so I decided to switch my State Farm account there since my original agent was now 2 hours away. I am very glad I did.
