Great until you need to cancel your policy. So bad reporting to the better business bureau and contacting a lawyer. Called their corporate to be told to deal with the same person who caused the bad experience. Talk about passing the buck!!!

Rates started out low with Ron then then increased over $100 in just one year. No explanation I was told by his agency, just to warn people rates start out low but will hike it just a short amount of time.
