Sucks for supreme shipping. Sucks if you get sure post by these guys instead of the aforementioned ground shipping.

Really wish I could leave zero stars because that's what this company deserves. Why on the earth should I have to wait one extra day for UPS Surepost when it took over a week to ship my items to begin with. Just trying to cut costs, they don't give a hoot about everyday people like you and me. Their shipping department needs some serious coaching.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I received half of an order that was poorly packed. My item was completely destroyed in shipping because they simply lack the ability to properly package an item. Furthermore, this poor excuse of a company then sent all items VIA surepost which costs an average of $4 per shipment. Interesting considering Supreme charges a minimum shipping expense of $10. Because I am in the shipping/fulfillment industry, it is easy to see that lack of leadership is causing this company to suffer. - My resume is available when you're ready to fix your horrifying issues.

Using UPS Surepost so they can save money and waste our time when they are supposed to be shipping UPS Ground. Item hasn’t even been shipped out yet and it has been a week. Horrible management.

Label printed a week ago. Still no shipping. Are they using my stuff?There is no reason to ship this slow, I get things from Sweden in 2 days. This company obviously got their money upfront and could care less. I guess Cooter's car broke down on the way to to post office and he can't find his way back to the shop. Backwoods shipping company isn't qualified to dispose of used baby diapers. Hope they don't ship coffins as your loved one would just be lying on some plywood at the funeral home. Sad

Slowest shipping i have ever experienced. They are also supposed to use UPS Ground but they are shipping Surepost to cut costs.
