Overall Feedback:

We began building our outsourced creative team considering the BTT rebrand and were looking for a top-notch graphic designer. The Directors and I were looking for a business that we could partner with to assist us with the ongoing development of our brand and materials. There are many talented graphic designers out there, but we were looking for more than just talent; our chosen partner needed to have good communication skills (and listening skills), turn designs around in a timely manner and who could take amendments to designs, gracefully. We are pleased to say that Angela and her team, fit the bill perfectly and our relationship has continued to flourish in the 10 months we have been working together. Her design skills are fantastic. In fact, on one occasion she supplied three concepts and we liked all three of them so much that we had all three of them printed. Angela and her team have been instrumental with designs for promotional materials (including mugs, pens, post-its, calendar mouse mats, chargers, torches), several adverts, pop-up banners and two van designs. When we call to speak with Angela, she may not always be available, but she gets back to us swiftly. We never have to chase Angela for anything, she is always on top of the process whilst allowing enough time to look at the designs and provide our feedback.We never feel like we have offended Angela, if we are not keen on a certain concept; she takes it on the chin and then brings something back to the table which generally, hits the nail on the head. Angela takes the time to listen, understand and then deliver.We are pleased to partner with SC Agency and would not hesitate to recommend and encourage others to do the same.
