We worked with Ben and he was very eager to help, and answer any questions about the policies. He was also proactive about pointing out areas that we may want to consider in order to get the coverage we actually need. Ben was also always ready with a breadth of knowledge for any question, but also not afraid to tell me when he wasn't sure about something but would immediately follow up with someone with the answer.

We love supporting local businesses and Robin & staff have never been anything less than courteous, responsive, and helpful. We haven't needed them often (which is a good thing when it comes to insurance - at least I think so) but when we have, we've always had a good experience.
