Customer Service was exceptional and we loved the personal attention we received. Family owned company and we now have a trusted place to have our vehicles serviced. I haven't purchased a vehicle or serviced one for that matter from these folks. However, on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend my family & I were travelling south on I-95 near Sabattus when we struck an object in the road & punctured a tire. By the time I pulled off the interstate & into the parking lot of Sabattus Auto & Truck Sales it was clear that we wouldn't be travelling any further without repairing the tire or mounting the underinflated questionable spare tire. DJ Cyr was the only person left at the dealership & he was preparing a vehicle to show to a customer that would be arriving at any moment. DJ didn't hesitate to offer to repair the tire with a plug or mount the spare if needed. DJ was able to plug the tire quickly & refused any payment. From my brief interaction with him & how he conducted himself (hey, it was after 5 pm, on a Friday, on Memorial Day weekend, with a prospective customer en route...I can't honestly say that I would be that pleasant!) I will definitely consider purchasing my next vehicle there, even though it may be over an hour away from home. Thanks again DJ!
