My wife recently had to take our two puppies pepper and moose in to shores due to a failure with our primary veterinarian. She had nothing but good things to say. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and caring. They gave our furry family the best possible treatment.

The entire staff at Shores is kind, caring and compassionate. They truly have a passion for what they do. Their waiting area is very comfortable and private, for those who need to spend an extended amount of time there. Overall our visit there with Bentley was much more calm and relaxing, compared to our visit at another local ER vet. We received excellent care and would highly recommend!

After having puppies my fur baby fell very ill and was popping pure blood with a awful smell she was not eating and was very weak I found this emergency clinic and rushed her in my baby usually does not like people she don't know but instantly liked the doctor maybe she knew she was gonna save her life I could not afford to leave her there for a week to save her so the doctor worked with me telling me what to do at home and here we r months later with my baby happy and healthy after almost dieing I am forever grateful to this hospital for saveing my babies life she just didn't like the plain chicken and rice diet but my baby is more attached to me then ever before I don't care what anyone says I believe she knows she was gonna pass and we where able to stop it so thank u shores for saveing my babies life!!!

Very kind and caring staff, from the front desk to the vet tech and veterinarian. Well worth the price for services; Dr. Moser took time to completely explain my girl's xrays, recommend medications, and never made us feel rushed. I hope I won't have any other emergency needs, but if that happens, I'd definitely return to Shores!

Dr. Zippay and the Shores staff demonstrated the utmost compassion and care as we endured the heartbreak of losing our beloved chocolate lab. As devastated as we were, we were also so grateful for the seamless process and opportunity to take all the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet girl. The sympathy card that they sent, signed by all of their staff, was an extra special, meaningful touch.

Came in for a trip to see family with our pet. He hadn’t been feeling well for about 2 weeks and was acutely worse while we were there. Brought him in for evaluation and we’re seen by Dr. Miller. Unfortunately the exam and work up did not reveal good news, and we had to make the very difficult decision to put our dog down. Dr. Miller and the staff were incredible with us through this awful and somewhat unexpected situation. They gave us as much time as we needed with our sweet boy and were professional and caring throughout. I would highly recommend this place for your pet and especially Dr. Miller.

Wonderful vet practice. Friendly and caring staff. Reasonable price for care. If you need pet care immediately this is the best place to go. My dog is back to herself after being treated.
