Best little library ever. I've lived in many other states in bigger metropolitan areas, and the Salem library is my favorite. If they don't have a book you want, they'll get it for you. Their attention to detail is incredible; they actually remember the authors I like & automatically reserve new books by them for me, and they even know the genres of books I prefer and save them for me as well. You couldn't ask for anything better! Love you ladies at the Salem Public Library.

The librarian has limited control over the search filters on the public access PCs. The library subscribes to a service and the service sets the filter severity. So whoever wrote the negative reviews should be ashamed of themselves for being clueless to the process.The Salem Public Library is a fine establishment and Glenda Wofford is an exceptional person who works hard with dedication to her profession.
