Total scam - 20+ undelivered meetings and now there phone lines are disconnected. DO NOT USE.

I never write reviews, but this was such a terrible experience, a few months ago things really started to go downhill and no one is responding to any emails or communications. No appointments have been set in several weeks and no one has responded to any emails for the last 4 weeks. Total disaster!

Stay away from this company. Finding out (after the money has been paid) that most of the recent reviews posted are similar experiences for our company as well. It appears the company is in some type of distress. We can't get in contact with anyone there at this point after repeated attempts. Looks like we will be engaging our legal counsel shortly for help on the issue. This is the type of company that really does a disservice to their "clients" and contributes to the industry's already questionable reputation. Sad.

Scam artists. remember the CEO and the Presidents name.. do not ever do business with them no matter where they land. They should not even be allowed to take out your trash, wash your car, walk your dog, nothing. These people are crooks of the worst kind. i am ashamed to say that I worked for them for so long. Almost feel like I was brainwashed, sad sad sad. Again, not hostile just telling the truth.

RUN AWAY AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!I was a loyal employee to SalesStaff for over 2 years. I excelled in my position as a Quality Control Agent and was eventually promoted to an Account Success Manager role (without a pay increase for many months). During my role as an Account Success Manager the company slowly began going downhill due to what seemed like poor money management. They laid off over 50% of their employees and fell behind on paying the ones that remained. This went on for months. They would pay some staff but not others, then ask the ones who did get paid not to mention it to their peers because they didn't intend to pay everyone. Naturally this created conflict between employees and really killed morale. Eventually most of the remaining employees began to quit as SalesStaff fell more than 5 weeks behind on payroll. Many employees had their cars repossessed, got evicted from their homes and couldn't provide for their families. The CEO held meetings saying that God would provide a path for them and that he really feels like all this was happening for a reason. Of course these "meetings" were just the CEO talking and everyone else's phone was automatically muted so we could not ask questions. After I resigned it became increasingly difficult to get a response when I asked for my overdue unpaid wages and commissions. To date, SalesStaff is over 2 months behind on paying me my final commission check. My commission check which they cut by nearly 80% due "refund risk exposure". If you're thinking about doing doing business or applying for employment with SalesStaff I would HIGHLY recommend doing your research first. Read the reviews. Not just the 5 star ones which are rumored to be fake but ALL of them.

Great experience with SalesStaff. While we had some disconnects around when a lead is billable, overall they developed qualified appointments. Since my business is a long-term sell, sometime 24-36 months wins do not come easily. However, when they come they are in the solid seven figures. Looks like we are getting our first one soon (do not want to jinx it), if we do it will have more than paid for the SS engagement. Since I am re-evaluating our Go to Market Strategy with the team we have not renewed yet. However, I would definitely recommend them. Prospects tell me they are extremely professional (which I view as an extension of my sales team).

An absolute terrible experience with this company on so many levels. The quality of leads, their disinterest in allowing you to hear their callers to help determine what they're truly saying and why the leads are bad, their complete decline of any refund when their performance is bad or they misrepresent themselves as if they're barely making it week to week... I would never recommend this company to any one else; unfortunately my experience was bad. They still owe me a lot of leads and it's been 4 months now and they barely return emails, calls or anything - as their contracts are loosely written to give them as much time as they want, which means they can drag it out until you just get sick of asking for them to fulfill the contract.
